Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Return & Replacement Eligibility

Products are eligible for return & replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage incurred during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

Replacement shall be provided only for the same product, subject to availability. No exchange, or upgrade shall be permitted.

To be eligible for return or replacement, the customer must:

  • Provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as mandatory proof
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to comply with these conditions shall render the return or replacement request invalid.

Product Condition Requirements

Products submitted for return or replacement must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, tears, or alterations
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Tee-Verse reserves the right to reject return or replacement requests if the returned product is found to be in a condition inconsistent with how it was originally shipped.

Return or Replacement Processing

  • Return or Replacement requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Upon approval, Tee-Verse shall arrange a pickup through its logistics partners within 3–5 business days.
  • All returned products shall undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
  • If approved after inspection, the replacement product shall be dispatched within 7–10 business days.3.5 Reverse pickup charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Tee-Verse.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement by:

  • Accessing the My Orders section, or
  • Contacting Tee-Verse at support@tee-verse.com

Tee-Verse reserves the absolute right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Inventory unavailability
  • Failure of customer verification

Tee-Verse may verify orders prior to dispatch, which may include written or verbal confirmation from the customer.

Refund Policy

All approved cancellations or eligible returns shall be refunded exclusively in the form of store credit.

Store credit shall be:

  • Equal to the product value only
  • Exclusive of shipping or handling charges

Store credit shall be issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned product, where applicable.

Store credit shall be provided in the form of coupon codes, which:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Can be used only for future purchases on the Tee-Verse website

Final Authority

  • Tee-Verse reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by Tee-Verse regarding returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds shall be final and binding.
